Who We Are

We are an Episcopal Church

As Episcopalians, we hold to the three Bs. The Bible tells God’s story and our place in it. The Bishops represent apostolic succession and the tradition going back to the Apostles of Jesus. The Book of Common Prayer structures our liturgy and shapes the practice of our faith.

We are a Liturgical Church

Most churches have an order of worship, but a liturgical church follows a formal structure. This structure is patterned after ancient Christian worship from the time of the Apostles and the succeeding generations.
